What does the Free package include?

The Free Mobijobi package is really absolutely Free. It means that you can work with Mobijobi, and enjoy it for absolutely zero cost. The Free edition allows you to invite up to 3 additional members to your team, plus one team manager (usually the dispatcher), so if you are a small business, you should be pretty much ready do go using the Free package.If you need additional users or additional support you can upgrade to the Pro and Premium packages.

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

Yes. All Mobijobi contracts are billed annually by default. Weג€™ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using Mobijobi will be more successful in the long run, plus they don't need to think about payment every single month. Annual contracts make happier Mobijobi customers. And we want you to be happy.

Why are you giving it for Free?

Some of our best customers are using the Free package. We love those customers as they provide us with daily insights as to how a small businesses use Mobijobi. We see that customers who use the Free version eventually upgrade as they grow because they understand the huge value they get from using Mobijobi.

Are there any overage fees?

No, Mobijobi's pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business, so we do ask our customers to purchase a product that will fit their level of use. This means purchasing enough users to match your business needs. Please note that mobile users who use their mobile devices are subject to payment for their mobile data plans.

What is a user?

A user is a person who uses Mobijobi. That's pretty much it. As a side note, we exclude Mobijobi Team Manager (usually the dispatcher) from the user totals, so you actually have +1 users in addition to what you pay for.

How do I upgrade?

It is pretty easy, just choose your plan, click on the upgrade button, pay with your PayPal or Credit-Card and your plan will automatically update on the spot, allowing you to invite additional users.
